These garden-style apartments were built by our family in 1962, with the idea of creating a multi-family living with a residential feel. This brick and cedar 11 unit building was designed with extra large apartments. Both one and two bedroom apartments are available. The one bedroom unit is over 850 square feet. All apartments have wood cabinets, large closets, and hardwood floors (some under carpet). Each has a large deck or patio. There are separate laundry facilities and storage spaces for each apartment.
Downtown Seattle is only 25 minutes away, with shopping and bus lines just blocks away. There is plenty of extra parking.
